Amy needs heart surgery to save her life. She is a 7 year old cavalier spaniel with Mitral Valve disease. Without surgery to fix her valve, she has an estimated 18-24 months left. With surgery, she will be able to live out her life, medicine free, for a potential 8-10 more years.
